What an outstanding place.
My family and I were traveling from northwest Ohio to Chicago last Thursday. We were heading to Shriner’s children’s hospital for my son to have surgery on his leg. Our power steering pump fell apart on the turnpike. Portage tire got us in immediately at 3 o clock. Offered to stay late to fix it if need be, so that we wouldn’t miss our appointment. Fixed it by 5 and didn’t even charge me anything. What a great experience! Highly recommend.

10/5 stars. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. This is where I will be going, except for tires they are too expensive.. lol... but for everything else, yes.
( I do wish they had cheaper tire options available then 180/pop, if I made more money I would pay what that because I really would rather go through them.)

My car got a flat on the other side ( yes, I should have just had them all replaced, don't come at me). Anyway, the lugnut was stripped and we couldn't get the tire off so it had to be towes last night April 29th. I had them take it to tire and auto again because they really ate that good. I may have to pay a little more for my tires but I do that with peace in mind that my car will be taken care of.
